Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the Arena Town Hall at 6:00 pm.  

The agenda is as follows:
1.  Call to Order

4.  Verification of proper public notice: TOA Website, Town Hall, Arena Post Office, Valley Sentinel
5.   Julie Jensen, Chief Elections Deputy, discussion of proposed ordinance regarding elections.
6.  Scott and Danielle Wittenwyler, 6268 Ray Hollow Rd, discuss their driveway plans.
7.  Discussion on Point & Pay Web Payments.
8.  Discussion on weight limits on town roads-blanket, all roads.
9.  Race Day Events is planning and permitting the 2025 Horribly Hilly Hundreds event scheduled for June 13th marking the routes and June 14th is the ride.
10. Public Comment.

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Planning and Zoning will meet on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Current Agenda
4. Verification of Proper Notice. Town of Arena Hall, Town of Arena Website, Arena PO, Valley Sentinel
5. Approval of Previous Month’s Meeting Minutes
6. Kevin Grinvalsky, for 7537 STH 14-Bill Buckridge, approval of the land division to a 2.02 ac. for the building to the west (the Air BnB) and a 1.7 ac. for the building to the east of the parcel (the condos). Discussion on possible residence for 48 hours, board says no but will approve 24 hours (in case of bad weather as one example). DOT says no more useage on those parcels. The board will be motioning to approve the 24 hr. residence, not 48 hrs., 1 conditional use fee for the land division 1.7 ac. for the construction condos and 2.02 ac. Air BnB, contingent on DOT approval on those uses, 1 easement on the driveway agreement, 1 easement agreement and maintenance agreement, and a copy of the HOA documents/agreements, removal of all additional conditional uses on the eastern parcel.
7. Tracy Jones, Mitch Staaksz and Karen and Tim Bruckert, neighbors to the property possibly putting in a pet shop and a walk through zoo about their concerns.
8. Austin Keyser, planning on building a house on Knight Hollow Road, on his folks property (40 acres).
9. Carl Wagner, 7818 Mellum Rd, rezone his entire property to AR-1. It is currently partially zoned in R-1 and the remainder is zoned as A-1. This is in an effort to build an additional shed. He’s contacted Scott Godfrey said he needs to petition to rezone my entire property to AR-1 in order to build a shed.
10. Discussion on updating Town Ordinances-Town of Arena’s Driveway Ordinance.
