Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, February 2, 2026, at the Arena Town Hall at 6:00 pm.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Current Agenda
4. Verification of proper public notice: TOA Website, Town Hall, Arena Post Office, Valley Sentinel
5. Vote on previous month’s meeting minutes.
6. Patrolmen Report.
7. Oscar Alcantara Cortez, in the process of purchasing the Sugar Land AirBnB and wedding venue located at 8637 Linley Rd, Arena WI. He wants to get information about the township’s rules and regulations regarding the transfer of the liquor license and anything else about continuing to operate the property as a wedding venue and rental property.
8. Discussion and possible action of vacating Helena Streets and Alleys.
9. Discussion on updating Town Ordinances.
10. Review and discussion on the revised Fire/EMS Agreement with the Village of Arena.
11. Review and discussion on bills, disbursements and bank accounts.
12. Public Comment.
