Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, January
6, 2025, at the Arena Town Hall at 6:45 pm.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Current Agenda
4. Verification of proper public notice: TOA Website, Town Hall, Arena Post

5. Vote on Previous Month’s Meeting Minutes.
6. Patrolman Report
7. Tom & Carol Foster, 5936 CTH K, Blue Mounds, changing location or
adding a driveway.
8. Alice Kerl, 8629 Knight Hollow Road, splitting the house with 5 ac. and
putting the 45 ac. in her estate plan.

Kyle Julius, purchasing of Sugarland, wants to ensure if we do decide to
purchase the property that we could either retain or reapply for the
liquor/beer licensure currently held.
10. Review a draft of a new Responsible Unit Recycling Ordinance.

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the Arena Town Hall at 5:00pm.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Current Agenda
4. Verification of proper public notice: TOA Website, Town Hall, Valley Sentinel
5. Halverson Rezone on 19+/- acres on Blue Ridge Rd, A1 to AR1
6. Closed Session. The Town Board for the Town of Arena will enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e): Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The purpose of this closed session is to establish a negotiation strategy and position for a Fire/EMS agreement with the Village of Arena.
7. Motion to adjourn the closed session.
