Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Wednesday,
April 8, 2026, (changed because of Spring Election), at the Arena Town Hall at 7:00 pm.
The agenda is as follows:

Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Current Agenda
4. Verification of proper public notice: TOA Website, Town Hall, Arena Post
Office, Valley Sentinel, Independent Star News
5. Vote on previous month’s meeting minutes.
6. Patrolmen Report.
7. Samantha Crownover to ask for a special permission for a small August
wedding at the Brisbane House. Approval of a Conditional Use for small
events, 2 to 3 a year.
8. Gary and Cheryl Heck, 7264 Hwy. 14, need land division for a 5.03 ac. to
the east of their driveway, and conditional use(s) for a landscaping business,
driveway and building permit. They’ll be selling the property to Dillon
Brummer, RV Landscaping.
9. Ingmar Nelson, 7516 Loy Rd., discussion on land division at 6610 Helena
Rd. and purchasing of a field corner on Hayward Crossing.
10. Discussion on a new First Aid Kit and an AED.
11. Discussion on road work.
12. Discussion and possible action of vacating Helena Plats.
13. Discussion on updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan-
14. Review and discussion on bills, disbursements and bank accounts.
15. Public Comment.

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Planning and Zoning will meet on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall.

5. Approval of Previous Month’s Meeting Minutes
6. Samantha Crownover (Bruce), Brisbane House, came to the Board meeting to ask for special permission for a small August wedding on the site. Event will be August 9, 2026, approximately 40 people. Board suggested they complete and ask for a Conditional Use Permit.
7. Vince Pope, Mellum Road, ask for direction on the process needed to rezone and or divide a property that is part of our farm.
8. Dylan Groomer, purchasing 5.03 ac. from Hecks at 7264 Hwy. 14, for a landscaping business, need land division and conditional use(s) driveway and building permit.
9. Ingmar Nelson, 7516 Loy Rd., discussion on land division at 6610 Helena Rd. and/or Hayward Crossing.
10. Darrell Davenport, River Road, rezone to R-1, building permit and driveway permit.
11. Discussion on updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
